God had many different names in the Bible and each can have different image associated with it. e.g. Jehovah Jaireh -- God as Provider; Jehovah Rapha -- God as Healer; etc.
Raphael is one of three archangels mentioned in scripture and the lead character in the deutero-canonical book of Tobit in which he traveled with (and guarded) Tobiah, and cured a man's blindness; hence his connection with travelers, young people, blindness, healing and healers.
Jehovah Rapha is found in Exodus 15:26 as a transliteration of the Hebrew meaning God heals. It is not found in the Masoretic or most modern texts. It simply refers to one of the many characteristics of God. As such, many denominations will refer to this in healing rites like some Baptists. As key 'marks' have been lost to time in the pronunciation of God's name 'YHWH' commonly spoken Yahweh and more recently as just Yah, the attempt by some in Christianity to come up with a way to say it became Jehovah. Many disagree with this usage as a name for God.
This is a Christianized version of the Hebrew phrase Adonai rafa (יהוה רפא).(The so-called English J-word used in this question is not a real Hebrew word. It's a Christian mistranslation, that includes incorrect vowels.)
