ReactOS was created on 1998-07-20.
ReactOS is a free and open source implementation of the Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 kernel and userland. It is currently in an alpha state but new features and better compatibility are added with each release.
ReactOS platform system can be run mainly on Microsoft but one can also install it on other operating systems like Ubuntu or Mac OS. Installing it on other operating software takes time.
ReactOS has few developers, which makes tracking down issues on real hardware much more difficult. For this reason, only virtual machines are targeted. ReactOS is not meant to be useful at this point in time, so it makes no difference on whether it runs on real hardware or not (which it actually usually does). A technically correct implementation is more important at this time than a functional one.

Several. * ReactOS, a project to create a free reimplementation of Windows, is based in Germany. * KolibriOS and MenuetOS are primarily worked on by Russians. * The Linux kernel was created by Linus Torvalds, from Finland, and many distributions are also created in several countries, including Romania (NimbleX), France (AbulÉdu), Latvia and Lithuania (Baltix), Brazil (Dreamlinux), Spain (gnuLinEx), Germany (LiMux), Norway (Skolelinux), Argentina (Tuquito), and South Africa (Ubuntu).
In the "Nikita" TV series, the operating system is not explicitly defined, but is projected that a simulated version of ReactOS (which is a open-source operating system influenced by Windows) was used instead.
An IP address is the same thing whether you use Linux, Windows, OS X, Haiku, ReactOS, DOS, UnixWare, etc. An IP address is a "unique" identifier for a host on a network.

Though Fukushima has lost 4 of its Nuclear Reactors, There are many more Nuclear Reactos running in Japan, Secondly Japan is mostly using Coal and Gas to compesate for fukushima.
An OS is an operating system. Open source means that the source code is freely available for end users to improve or include in other projects, provided they agree to follow the licensing terms. The terms usually require that resulting projects also be open source as well and that the parent project has the right to also use some of their code if desired. As for latest, there is debate as to which one is the latest. There are certainly modern versions of Linux derivatives. ReactOS is an open source Windows clone. It certainly needs lots of work, but ReactOS runs well on some hardware and runs quite reliably under a virtual machine. It is still an alpha stage OS, as it has been for many years, but it is still active and slowly getting there.
Windows XP, Vista and 7 Mac OS X It also can run under Wine(windows API translator) on systems like Linux, BSD, Solaris, etc. Also, Wine-based system ReactOS can probably run it. It is speculated that Valve will release a Linux version of it's games in the future.
For personal use the big ones are Windows and Leopard for MacOS (Apple computers). There are a number of Linux flavors which exist. Another OS is ReactOS. That is a free, open source clone of Windows, though it has a long ways to go. There's a full list of Operating Systems on Wikipedia. Search "list of current operating systems"
