Samuel Cloud is my mom's dad's mom's dad's dad or my great-great-great grandfather. He survived the Trail of Tears and was witness to his father and mother passing away. His mother died while holding him on a cold night. Very sad! My mother still remembers his son, Joshua, her great grandfather.
