I can't tell you specifically how to enter it on the Audi radio, since I have an Audi Navigation system, and the controls are different. But it should be a combination of using Volume and Seek (or other keys the would allow for scrolling) to enter in the code.

On some late 90's/early 2000's VW and Audis, the ABS controller goes bad, causing the ABS light and brake light to come on. No trouble codes on the ones I've seen, because the ABS controller cannot even communicate with the scan tool (VAGcom). I can't imagine the dash is the problem - but a good vehicle specific scan tool can check that, too.
