Assuming you have a British silver threepence intended for circulation, it is 50% silver and worth about $1 in scrap silver or so if circulated or could be worth about $5-10 if uncirculated.
These weren't made in 1941.
Prior to that was the Flying Eagle cent, which was only minted for three years (1856-58).
Look at the again, with a date of 1854 it's not a nickel three cent piece, it should be a silver three cent piece. Post new question.
The value of this coin is about three dollars.

Australian general circulation coins minted in 1930 are as follows - Halfpenny - 638,000 Penny - 3,000 Threepence - None Sixpence - None Shilling - None Florin (Two Shillings) - None An Australian 1930 Penny is the rarest coin that has ever been released into general circulation in Australian history. Only 3,000 were minted and of those, 1,500 still exist and are trading in todays market. They are still arguing about why the 1930 Penny was released at all. There are only six 1930 Proof coins known to exist, three in museums and three in private collections. Depending on who you choose to believe, a Proof 1930 Penny might go for anything between $250,000 and $500,000 AUD. One of the private collectors declined an offer of $1,000,000 AUD for his proof coin a few years ago.
