The only person other than Jesus for whom we have information is John the Baptist.

At the Annunciation - when the angel informed Mary that she was to bear the son of God - Mary was informed that her cousin was already six months pregnant.

Assuming that both pregnancies lasted the usual nine months, then John was born six months before Jesus.
