I have read that rooibos tea from South Africa has a truly amazing effect. Unfortunately if you want it in high quality you are going to need a lot of money! It can only be grown in a special region in South Africa so it is usually expensive. I have seen some sites with rooibos tea where you can buy a pack for about 10$.
