In 2013, the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) launched the

Immigration Task Force, led by former Governors Haley Barbour

and Ed Rendell, former Housing and Urban Development

Secretary Henry Cisneros, and former Secretary of State

Condoleezza Rice.
