The Saturn S series is an old automobile. Commercials for them were first broadcast in 1992. The line was discontinued in 2003 and replaced by the Saturn Ion.
Saturn S-Series was created in 1991.
The S series Saturn does not use a timing belt; all four cylinder Saturn's use a timing chain.
Check saturnfans.com forums under the SL or post the question.
The SC2 is an 'S' series Saturn, and all 4 cylinder engines of the S series Saturn's used a timing CHAIN rather than a timing belt.
were is a ALTERNATOR
If you have an S series it doesn't have a cabin vent filter. The L-series does in 01, but the S series never had a vent filter
To the right of the glove box.
Typically it was in the upper $19,000's to low $20,000's.
The Saturn L series didn't come out until 2000. Before then Saturn only made the S series. I just thought I would add something regarding a 1997 s-series. They did have a recall on the fuel pump/filter (the one that is located in the gas tank) I was sent a letter regarding the recall and then I just had to take it in for a service at Saturn for the free replacement on the recall.
yes the s- series has one....
Behind the right headlight .
Saturn does have a model called the Ion.It was a compact car sold between 2003 and 2007 and replaced the Saturn S-Series.
