There is no specific word 'combi' - per se - but this is an 'alternative rock' band and they are very much in to the counter culture shock music and are very much a popular group with individuals that like to be seen as 'on the edge' and 'in your face' and anti-establishment. CombiChrist is classified 'aggrotech' and is from Norway but based currently in the USA. There are 4 members of the band. They have an 'Official Site' and a MySpace. They do not tell or say what the 'combi' means to them. Aggrotech, like most made up terms in 'rock art' is a harsh and loud and abrasive sound. It is said, by some in 'the know', that Aggro is short for Aggravation. 'Combi' is also simply short or abbreviation for: Combination and for Combine - a machine for harvesting or adding 2 or more things together.
