When watching a movie on media player how do you take a photo of a shot from the movie Can you pause it and press a certain button on the media player to take a picture?

Try pressing 'prtscr' (the key next to scroll lock and pause break), while the paused image of your movie is on the screen.
Then go to paint (start - all programs - accessories - paint), click edit, then click paste.
