Physical, any change in stat of matter (Water vapor/gas to water/liquid) Is a Physical change.
Isn't cold water already cold? I would say cold water gets cold first. I've heard that hot water freezes faster than cold water.
Cold water.
Drops of water collecting on the outside of a glass holding iced tea is a physical change not a chemical change. It is simply atmospheric moisture condensing on the cold glass. Condensation is a physical process.
Over a period of time green salt and cold water changes clear and colorless. This takes some time and is does in a process.
cold water heating up to its boiling point a physical change or a chemical change
plasma
Hot Water
Its the change in a temperature. If its cold water might freeze and make an ice cube.

it changes the temp. by the temperature outside, like if its cold out the water will be cold and if it's hot outside than the water will be hot
make it cold or make it hot
yes
heat or cold

Use the cold water method. Figure 30 minutes per pound. * Place the unopened package in enough cold water to cover * Change the water frequently to keep it cold
Cold water would freeze the fastest because freezing is a physical change brought on by temperature change, and the temperature of cold water is closer to freezing temperature than boiling or room temperature water. Therefore, it would take less time to reach freezing temperature.
