When we used the air conditioner on the way home it worked good. When more freon was added stopped working good at all. Fan will not stay running for very long.?

"Overcharged" with freon,, just like a credit card, ..overcharge and it stops working.

the air conditioner on out 1991 dodge caravan quit working. we changed the fan and it worked fine then stopped, the compressor clutch isn't trying to kick in. we need to find where the fuse links are to see if that is the problem
