The deer rut in Georgia will run from Nov. 5th - Nov. 18th in Ga. for my prediction. I have seen most activity on Nov. 10th - 14th in my area (Henry) county being Nov 11th - Nov. 13th being very productive days usually after 11:00 in the morning.
Depends on what part of the state your in. In South Georgia the peak rut can be as early as mid to late September. In middle Georgia it could be anywhere from late October to mid November. In the mountains it normally falls between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
In Georgia, the rut generally occurs in mid to late October. However this can vary widely depending upon upon factors such as weather, moon phase, herd sex ratio's, and hunting pressure. Best to keep your eye on local hunting sites around that time for more precise information
It should start somewhere around November the 8th and go up until about November the 25th just a observation from my 20 years of experience.
north Georgia that is
Rut in North Georgia peaks around November 10. Depends every year, and varies from county to county
the peak of the rut for deer in 2011 will be, 12th-26th of Nov.
november 10 november 10 nov.15
Peak Breeding is Nov. 12th. As a hunter, the 2 most important weekends to be in the woods in 2010(as is most years) is Oct. 30th and Nov. 6th.
Peak rut should be around 2nd week in November.
The South Carolina deer rut or the peak of rut season for the Piedmont is between October 15th and November 15th.

The 2009 MN rut will peak on or very near November 11. Good luck and safe hunting.
The primary rut in Early County GA is the first couple of weeks in December, with peak around the 15th. Season closes in GA the 15th of January which is close to peak of the secondary rut.
The rut is when the bucks start chasing the does! Really, I have found the peak of the rut in Iowa to be the week of Veterans day. Give or take as deer are unpredictable but this has always been a HOT week.
Typically it is late October til mid December.
in 2009 and yes that's rite
2010 is predicted to be a great hunting year. Because of the low buck harvest of 2009 and the rut of 2010 the size of bucks and also the number of bucks harvested this year should be something to remember. A large number of folks in the hunting fold believe that the deer rut usually occurs during the hunters moon. The hunters moon is the 2nd full moon following the first day of fall. In 2010 That moon would fall on the 22nd of October. Now most would say that is much too soon for the rut, but research has shown that the hunters moon is a fact and that deer DO rut during this moon. As long as the deer herd is healthy and the deer are not extremely stressed. Now the best part of 2010 is that you will also have a good chance at the November full moon to hunt a 2nd phase rut. Some will believe that the cooler weather and shorter daylight hours will be the big reason for the deer to rut on this moon. Either way Im looking foword to it. There are phases of the rut such as seeking, chasing, ect. So when it all boils down to it I believe that the best time to be in the woods hunting the rut in 2010 is October 18th-24 and also November 15th-24th. Good luck
in the fall , it seems that the first cold snap has something to do with it but scientiest arn't sure what causes them to start to In Arkansas, our deer hunting season usually coincides with the rut. This year (2007) the rut peaked around the 15th of November. There was a secondary rut that followed about two weeks later.
