i don't think it well came for the PC but if it does i think it well came out in 2010+
Gamespot:Microsoft Game Studios Confirmed that they will make Halo 3 for Windows in Late 2009 or Early 2010.And the Operating System will be Windows 7/Windows Vista 64-bit.So get ready for a new Halo 3 multiplayer experience + Firefight on the campaign options also Halo 3 ODST Campaign Extension.The Mythic map pack and the 3 brand new multiplayer maps from ODST going to the Halo 3 Multiplayer this September will be added.Also 2 brand new maps will be added for Halo 3 for Windows.Also,an exclusive map editor for the Halo 3 Multiplayer,Forge,Matchmaking,Infection,Theater mode etc.Will be added.The button combos will be removed so stay tuned.
