not in 2019 no one know when yet my best guss will be next year in 2012 it not then i do not know if yu as me why i say that year think Obelisk the Tormentor come in 2010 then The Winged Dragon of Ra came in 2011 so that means Slifer the Sky Dragon must come in 2011 near the end or 2012 it just a guss tho i not 100% i like 50/50
Just to be on a different note obelisk came out 2009 ra came out 2010 slifer will probably come out 2011 towards December but apparently he hasn't drawn up any artwork for slifer but who really knows

A monster's ATK can never drop below 0. If an effect would bring a monster's ATK into the negatives, it instead becomes 0. A monster is destroyed if the ATK of a monster is become 0 or lower if it was the effect of Slifer the Sky Dragon.

A "?" means that the card's ATK cannot be determined without the use of an effect. Therefore, according to TCG/OCG Rulings, that card (Slifer the Sky Dragon in this case) cannot be searched out in the Deck via cards that depend on ATK of DEF values (such as Sangan or Witch of the Black Forest).
What does yu gi oh x000 mean?
Slifer the Sky Dragon, the original version, a monster with X000 ATK and DEF will be used. Slifer's effect states that it gains 1000 ATK for each card in hand. That means X=the number of cards in your hand. If you have 4 cards, X=4 or 4000 ATK. (The original version of Slifer the Sky Dragon cannot be used in tournament play.)
