Have never looked close at a 2003 but doubt if there is much difference.Toyota and Honda [at least my experience]fix problems in a timely matter. And speaking of fixing or not fixing. I have driven my 2004 for six years now and have never had a problem with unintended acceleration and don't expect to have a problem.
