Your local schools (which do SATS testing on their pupils) will generally let additional pupils take the tests with their pupils. Just give a few local schools a phone call/email, they're generally pretty amenable. However you may have to pay the cost of the test (but that's not always the case).
Well, it's quite suprising that 70% of teachers are very against SATS, and so are many of pupils that take them. The Gouverment's excuse is that it is to level you as a pupil, and to take that information up with them to Secondary school.
S.A.T.S are the tests you take in high school to determine what college you will go to, because they check to see if you are smart enough for the school curriculum.
You can take the SATs at various high schools. You must go on to the official sat website which will allow you to register and take the practice tests necessary for you to excel.
The requirements vary depending upon the university and the exact program. First you need to pass the SATs, get accepted at a university, and get good grades as an undergraduate. By then it will be clear what needs to come next.

I am going to take the SATs soon. Went to a site called www.examville.com and I take online practice tests there. The tests are timed and it's helping improve. There are subject specific tests on the site, you can Practice SAT English without taking the complete test.You can also enroll for the live review classes and take the expert guidance.
You usually take 2 sets of SATs in your life: one in Year two when you are 6 or 7, and one in Year 6 when you are 10 or 11. Some schools do 'practise' SATs inbetween, and schools used to do SATs in Year Nine as well
