Book 4 still has not been named yet and no release date or cover design has been anounced. but i would guess it will come out around the begining of next year
Alot of rumors that the last of the dragon eggs will hatch for either the varden or the empire and that it will be a green dragon who will take the sword tamerlein for his/herself
Yes. Christopher Paolini has released three spoilers about Brisingr. They are: # Eragon will meet a new enemy that laughs a lot. And not in a good way. # Eragon will meet a god. # One of the characters will become pregnant.
Well Murtagh thinks Eragon is his little brother.Murtagh is the son of Morzan and so gets his sword. Eragon gets a new sword in the 3rd book.
roran will be the new king, arya will be the new rider.
No. The series was planned to have three books (Eragon, Eldest, Empire) but Christopher Paolini figured that Empire was going to be too long so he made The Inheritance Trilogy the Inheritance Cycle. Empire was split into Brisingr and Inheritance.
There hasn't been any news yet
In the new book to the Eragon Cycle, Eragon faces Murtagh once more, Orik becomes dwarf king, Eragon attempts to free Elva of her curse but only partally suceeds, Eragon gets a new sword, named Brisingr, A magician re-creates a shade, and Ormis and his dragon die. That's pretty much the basic details, but if you want the finer points, you should read the book. I give the book a 10\10 and recommend it. ==================================================================== orik and roran also get married(to different people) roran married Katrina. Katrina is pregnant. eragon is attacked by some dwarves from an unpronounceable clan. There are more specific details in the book, which by the way is awesome! everyone should read it.
Eragon was published in New York
In the ending of "Eragon" by Christopher Paolini, Eragon leaves Alagaësia with the dragon Saphira and the elf Arya in search of a new land for the dragons to live freely. Eragon also leaves behind his friends and family, including his cousin Roran, after defeating the evil king Galbatorix.
If by main conflict, you mean battle, then it is when Eragon fights a new rider that serves Galbatorix.
There is Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and at the end of Brisingr Christopher Paolini writes that the series will conclude with a fourth book. Supposedly there won't be a new trilogy but authors sometimes go back on their word.
The second Inheritance book is called "Eldest" because it focuses on Eragon's training and growth as a dragon rider, making him the oldest and most experienced rider among the new generation. The title also refers to Eragon's internal struggles with his identity and destiny, as he grapples with the responsibilities placed upon him.
