When will the new legislation will be passed regarding centrelink classing people as independent who have moved out of home but NOT due to conflict as my payment are STILL based on my parents salary?

its bull, just because your parents earn a certain amount of money doesnt mean they give you any. I know mine don't. so yeah because im a full time student and moved out of home just for university and not due to conflict, or having babies, or having a partner/marriage, or having earnt $18 grand in 18 months. Until im 25 my payments are based on my parents income, which leaves me with $220 per fortnight. its so bad. its no where near enough i only just make rent, after i pay rent im left with $30 for two weeks. horrible yeah? and my parents are tight as.. I am independent, i have nothing to do with my parents in a financial sense, im a student living away from home, if that's not independent then i have no idea what is!
any advice would be great!
