ok so what you must understand is what a zombie is there are 2 types of Zombies the 1st one is the living dead stuff that you see in movies the 2nd type is virus infected zombies for example say the government were testing a new drug and the drug turns out to be something bad it could be anything if it sends the patient crazy like a zombie the virus maybe spread by a bite or it may turn airborne so yes there is a possibility of it but i wouldn't worry to much don't belive what you see on films the only reason they dye on films is to make it more dramatic the story in the real world would be that the government would come up with a cure and in the mean time the army would be sent in to help but i personally i have a zombie survival kit so yeah hope it helped and if there was me and my friends would kick some zombie ass
