When will you get breasts if you are flat chested at 11?

Anytime or never, anyway 11 is too young to worry about it. Not all guys love big boobs you know, also not all guys dislike small ones. In some countries like Brazil big boobs are considered unsexy.

Go out with friends, live normally! Don't be worrying! Its okay; most girls have flat chests at age 11 years old. Within a year, your hormones will increasing. Between ages 12 to 15, your breasts will continue to emerge and fill out. During the ages 11 to 15, some girls go from training Bras to C-cups. So, don't stress. Nature will do its job. Don't rush it.

Don'ts

Some things girls have tried and were embarrassed about doing, so do not do these:

• Stuff a larger bra with tissues, toilet paper or socks. First, it makes the chest look bumpy and unnatural. Second, the stuffing shifts around. Third, it's embarrassing when the stuffing falls out. Better to just not do it.
• Lie about breast or bra size. Guys may be stupid enough--at first--to believe you, but girls will know you're lying. And they'll tell the guys it's a lie.
• Try to hide a "small chest" by putting long hair over each shoulder/chest area. First, hair-over-chest has been done so often, it's no secret what's going on. Second, wearing long hair down both sides of the chest makes girls with long hair look like "It" from the Munsters. Believe me, being called "It" at school is worse than any jokes about a flat chest.
• Wear extra bulky clothing to hide. Extra fabric will only make you look smaller.
• Don't buy or believe in sales pitches that say you can increase your breast size by doing exercises. Exercises only increases the muscles under the breasts; it will NOT increase mammary size. Males can exercise their "pecs" (muscles) but for girls, it is useless. Save your money and don't believe it.

Do's

• Ask your Mom to buy you a first bra (used to be called "training bras" although no one knew why we had to "train" breasts).
• Wear clothes appropriate for your body size, neither too tight or too loose.
• Remember that ALL girls go through this awkward time. Girls who are "flatter" feel odd, embarrassed, and feel teased; girls who already have bigger breasts feel odd, embarrassed, and will definitely be teased. Neither type of breast group is happy until they get to age 15-16.
• Ignore anyone who comments about your breast size, especially guys in your classes. If 11-year old guys had to go through ages 11 to 16 with their penises visible like breasts are visible on girls, the guys would be teased just as much as girls about the lack of "size".
• Remember that having big or bigger breasts is far less important than having a good brain and nice personality. Concentrate on your studies and your friends, while your hormones figure out what size breasts you will have in a few years.
