No this is new but I did get a number to call the from tax act to reach Endeavor. 1-866-696-5221 I spoke with a gentleman named Ryan and he was a great help!!!! DO NOT get the endeavor card. use something like green dot or account now.... I filed on jan 20th, making Feb 1 my almost 10 day wait. I called to see why my card hasnt shown up and they have yet to send it!!! ... IM PISSED!
