The swelling and pain should be gone in about 2 weeks so it'll feel like its healed but it'll take at least 5 months for it to actually be healed.

I have my tongue pierced and ive had it done 9 month soon, you should expect a little pinch when the needle goes through your tongue, but if im honest with you I thought it was going to hurt way more than what it actualy did and you should aso expect your tongue to swell up for a few days and that it will hurt later on that night and especially whe you get up the morning that's when I could barely talk properly with the amount of pain in my tongue, also to swallow your balls it always happens to me and it takes about 10 days to heal and when it does you tend to go back to where you got it pierced and they change it to a smaller bar that is what they did with me
Ive got a new tongue bar in and the top ball keeps slipping through the piercing hole the ball sizes are normal and its my second tongue bar after my first really long one what do i do?

I Think You Should Visit A Piercer Or Ask A Doctor About That, Ive Never Herd Of It Doing That. I just got my tongue done about 5 days ago, and for a bit you might notice some loss of taste on the tip of the tongue. Ive got a bit of that right now too. give it time. maybe about 2 or 3 weeks and it should go back to normal. worse comes to worse, see a doctor about it.

It's probably because of the long bar in your tongue. Long bars are necessary because they allow your newly-pierced tongue to swell without swallowing the jewelry. If its really painful, go to your piercer after the swelling goes down to get a shorter bar. Or you could just wait till it fully heals and change it yourself.

Umm Well Ive Had Mine Done About A Week Ishh I Was Expecting It To Hurt Realy Bad But They Numbed It It Tasted Like Banana's Lol And Then You Dribble Like Everywhere... I Closed My Eyes When Having Mine Done I Couldnt Tell When She Pierced It It Was My Most Painless Piercing Yet Like Took 5 Seconds And I Love It Soo Dont Worry. Hope That Helped =)

you should get.. ears belly nose eyebrow lip tongue, that's it really,ive got my ears, nose,belly+tongue and the worst was my nose, but it hardly hurt atall, and ive got bad pain hold.This is a really vague and open-ended question. But, if this is your first piercing, excluding lobes if you got them as a kid/baby, go for an ear piercing. They're pretty acceptable for work and school and they're easy to care for. Having an ear piercing will help you establish a good cleaning routine and just let you know what to expect with piercings. Nose piercings are a good option too but they're way more visible. It is largely dependent on each person. My labret (usually said to be pretty much identical to a "monroe" pain wise) and my tongue were simple and painless, but I thought I was going to cry getting my nostril pierced. My sister fainted getting her philtrum (proper term for any upper lip piercing) but she was laughing and talking while getting her nostril pierced. There is no way to tell which will be worse for you, and a good piercer can make all the difference in the world.

none of the piercing shops that ive heard of numb you for a naval piercing i got mine when i was 13 and it doesnt hurt it feels like a pinch and then its over you just have to breathe
