There are many rumors but unfortunately, no. If it had come out it would be all over many websites.To tell you the truth, Gakuen Alice (Academy) Season 2 does not exist. A lot of rumors have been spreading and a lot of people are believing it. The people who made the first season have not announced anything about making another season. It still is possible that another season might come out! Though, the chances are low.

the gakuen Alice anime can be watched on youtube.com or crunchyroll.com (just go to the "search" box and write either gakuen Alice or Alice academy. then it would come up with a list of vids and just click the one you want.) you can also buy it from the DVD store/import it from another country. and.. another thing is that you can download veoh tv from veoh.com and download the episodes. (i download it then burn it onto a disc so i can watch it on the tv. ^^) hope that was what you needed!!
Where can you watch Alice academy Christmas season?
The anime only goes up to ch.28 of the manga. And actually, the last few episodes weren't even part of the manga, they just kinda ended on a spot that would leave you wanting more, hence you would buy the manga. So, simply put, there is no Christmas season in the anime. There is the dance at the sports festival, maybe you're confusing it with that. Not 100% sure though. Hope this helps :)
