When you're asking a question on WikiAnswers and click on one of the questions on the list why doesn't your former question add as an alternate to the question you choose anymore?

This was done to reduce the amount of alternates being incorrectly added to questions as well as reduce the amount of badly spelled or grammatically incorrect alternates. You can still add an alternate to a question by clicking 'edit alternates' and filling in the information to add an alternate found at the bottom of the page.

How do you delete stupid questions you have asked?
On WikiAnswers, regular users can't delete questions. You can write to support @ answers.com and request the deletion of a question though, or get your account deactivated so that your username isn't associated with questions that you have asked anymore.

One of them that has been around a long time and that a lot of people have tried to vandalize is "Why did the chicken cross the road." But the answer changes a lot, since when we discover questions that are being vandalized too much, we protect them so that people can't do that anymore... so there isn't just one answer to that.
