punishment by removal is when somwthing is being taken away. An example is being grounded.
If you're grounded for weeks and you have your ipod, phone, computer, consoles ect. and whatever else taken from you and you are not allowed outside then find something creative to do; listen to, compose or write music, draw, paint, make art, dance, write poetry ect. You might find that being creative is better than refreshing your Facebook game or going on COD or whatever it is that you get up to. You're probably angry about being grounded but try to see it as an oppertunity to do something different, inventive, creative! Make art!
Switzerland is a confederation which means most of the day-to-day decisions are taken by the 'Canton' governments. The Swiss government really only makes decisions on things like defence and external affairs.
I assume you mean, when has a player addressed a ball outside of a hazard. A player is deemed to have addressed the ball when they have taken their normal stance and has grounded their club behind the ball. The grounding of the club is the key act, if the club is not grounded, address has not been taken. Once the normal stance has been taken, and the club has been grounded the ball has been addressed. You specified outside a hazard, it is good to point out the difference, because you can not ground your club in a hazard, so it is harder to determine when the ball has been addressed.
If your car is making a funny noise it is best to go to a mechanic. Mechanics have taken schooling to know what things sound right and what things do not sound OK.

I think you mean the word 'subconscious'. Your subconscious is the part of your mind that you're frequently unaware of. It makes note of things you may not be immediately thinking of, which is why something you think you've never seen before (but you probably have, out of the corner of your eye or something) can seem familiar. Fun fact- all of the random people in your dreams are random people your subconscious has taken note of in your life.
