Depending on how toxic your body is will determine the initial color of your urine while fasting. During the first 3-5 days of your fast it will be darker yellow and almost brown. Make sure you drink enough water during these times.
This will eventually turn to regular yellow (normal) as your body works to adjust itself back to the normal state of cleaness. If you experience other symptoms such as dark red or pink you should consult your Dr as you may have some kidney issues that need to be handled.
