When you cleaned your fish tank and now 1 of the Oscar is swimming fast and acting funny why?

It is possible that the fish is suffering from some form of shock. Possibly damage from chlorine/chloramine if you didn't either stand the water over night or use a water conditioner. Another possibility is temperature shock if you did not equalise the temperature of the replacement water. I would wait and see if the fish settles down OK.
