disable automatic restart on system failure
For Windows 10 the update is automatic.
Could be that Windows downloaded an automatic update and your computer needed a "restart" to finish this task. Check your preferences for installing automatic updates. click start>run> Type msconfig>click advance button> check "disable fast shutdown " Restart. if it is checked already uncheck it restart and then recheck then restart. if you are unable to access msconfig then go to microsoft.com winxp area and search there for "xp shutdown suppliment" download a little patch if you get and double click it to patch. Now try to restart
I am assuming that windows would usual restart on a particular instance, but with this option windows will not restart if a problematic occurs on the system. Maybe such as a blue screen of death. Safe thing to do is use this feature if have know some common issues with your system.
if you are using windows, you will find a program called "Internet Explorer" IE that you can connect to the web through it, we called it "web browser". There are many several browsers like "Firefox" and "Google Chrome"
Limited connectivity usually means that you have no internet connection. If you just connect two computers to each other, it's normal. But if your computer with windows 7 are connected to router and have internet access I would use automatic repair tool. Right click on the network connect, you will required option.
