no because subconsciously your brain would not know what another person was thinking or dreaming.
In Some Cases, not all the time will this happen. but in many cases if you have a dream about someone they went to bed thinking about you. but in some cases you could just miss them. for instance, if you had a dream about someone you have liked then maybe you are missing them and want them back. Or in another case they miss you.

No one's thoughts, feelings, or dreams can influence anyone else's dreams. If one thinks carefully about the idea posed in the question, it is easy to see that it is rooted in very old, pre-modern superstitions. If it were possible to influence another person's thoughts - waking or sleeping - by magical means, we would not need cell phones or the internet.
