You feel guilty when you get what you want because you may think you don't deserve it or their are people that need whatever you got more than you do. You may also feel guilty because you were greedy in getting it. There's a more scientific reason, but that's why I feel guilty most of the time. (excluding when I've done something wrong☺)

ANSWER: I think it depend on how deep his relationship with the other woman. In my opinion and from my own personal experience there are some who do feel guilty and this are reason why they stop before things get hotter. But for others and this include that man I married, the only time he felt guilty was the first time he slept with his so called girlfriend, but after that first time he didn't anymore because he fell in love with the other woman.
