You should start your second pack of Birth Control pills the day after you take the last pill in your first pack (assuming that your pack had 28 pills in it. If it had 21, start the next pack seven days after finishing the last).
You start the second pack of birth control pills the day after you finish the first pack, regardless of whether or not you're bleeding.

∙ 12y agoIt depends upon which "pill" you are on. Some you wait a week, others you begin immediately after you finish the current pack. Your Dr or pharmacist can tell you.

When you finish the pack like the sugar pills then after your last sugar pill you start the next pack then. you do not have to wait another 7 days. that would increase your chance of getting pregnant because you would be unprotected for a week to two weeks.
