Depends on why you dont have it anymore. I suggest that you talk it over with your piercer. If this is your first time getting it repierced, I say go for it, but like I said, just talk to your piercer about it. You don't get them pierced that big it's called stretching, you need them pierced first. If you wanna get your ears stretched start with a small 1mil nn go up i will warn you that it does hurt
