It depends on the severity of your offense. There's a table on nexon.net that shows the offense and consequence of various things people may do. Usually, if the offense involves hacking, you get permenently banned, meaning your IP gets banned, and also your account. For more precise information, consult Nexon's table. It's somewhere in their site, probably under 'Security'.
