u cant get banned from mw3, but u can be banned from psn or xbl VIA mw3.

Microsoft Only scans for firmware changes the people at solomods don't offer that or any services that will get you banned for XBL

Do you mean a "modded" xbox? XBL has routinely done a sweep over XBL to find modded consoles, if yours get flagged, it's goodbye XBL.

Then you probably have either Been banned forever Not banned, and the message is just a glitch Banned. You should log in again to find out when the date is. No date might have been a glitch.

Indeed, you will be banned from his/her room. Aside from that you will not be able send any message to him/her.
