When you go off the pill after 10 years and have egg white cervical mucus did you ovulate and are you more fertile at that time?

I had no problem concieving after being on the pill for many years. Took about two months to be exact. There is a gross mucus test you can do when you are by yourself I learned. If you put the mucus on a surface such as a mirror and let it dry it will make one of two patters: a. a fern shape or b. just straight lines. The best time to try is when it stays in shape b. I could go into why but it's all ready a horrible thought. When you have egg white cerivcal mucous, that is your MOST fertile time of the month. This is when you should have sex (as well as the days leading up to that when you notice an increase in the amount of mucous).
