To swim on your period you need to use one of the following:
No. The blood stops flowing with you get in the water. But when you have your bathing suit on make sure you have a pad on because right when you get out of the water it starts flowing again. So hurry and change. But don't stay in the water to long or your pad will get soggy and it will start getting through. When your vagina gets exposed to air blood flows so make sure your in the water the whole time. I did this because i was too afraid to put a tampon in and when i was in the pool nothing came out i was perfectly fine.
no actually you should NEVER use a tampon when you aren't on your period.
yes you can go swimming when you have your period. If you want to do this then its best to use a tampon. Just find what type of tampon suits you and you should be fine.
If you wear a tampon then you can. =]
Swimming during your period is fine as long as you wear a tampon which should be changed before and after you go swimming
you either have to stop or wear a tampon
Nothing... You should just wear a Tampon when you go swimming.
Yes, you can go swimming when on your period, it can help with the cramps. Also don't froget that you must wear a pad or tampon or else the water will turn red.
You can, but for the safety of others in the pool {And to avoid embarrassment}, you should use a tampon while in the water.
Wear a tampon! I recomend the Always Sports Tampons. Have a Happy Period!
i think you can but only if you use a tampon
There is no danger in swimming during your period. If you are worried about leakage you might want to use a tampon.
If u don't like wearing a tampon, just opt out. Make sure you have an good excuse for why you couldn't go.
Yes but only if you put a tampon in. You can also if your flow isn't heavy. It could get heavy in the pool though, so i recomend putting a tampon in. Thx Amanda!
