No not unless you have a really messed up miscarrage... See periods last 5-7 days and a miscarage if the doctors fix it right then its only a day at most

Implantation bleeding is only a few spots of blood, nothing like a period. There's no flow to Implantation bleeding and it just spots of blood which I've had mine was stringy pink blood in discharge. Implantation blood can be brown/pink/red . Days from 1-3 that's how long it can last for 1-3 days its nothing like a period 1 in 3 women get it. It can be stringy or thick. You can get a bit of a belly ache just for the day. AND if you missed your period in April you definitely will not be having implantation bleeding now. You may be experiencing a late period which is lighter than normal for you. But I would have a blood test to see if you are pregnant or whether its a hormonal problem causing the missed period.
