If you can help people to obtain the costumes that they want, you will be providing excellent costumer service.
Some people do not know the difference between a 'customer' and a 'costumer', and that is why I decided to make a post about it. :) A CUSTOMER is a person who buys/purchases something. A COSTUMER on the other hand, is a person who makes, sells, or rents costumes. It can also refer to a clothes rack or hat tree.
It isn't enough to simply make good costumes. Quality costumer service will keep all your customers happy. Because of this your costume business will grow and make profit.

Similar to unconditional love, unconditional costumer service means a willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide the desired costumes to your customers, no matter how many alterations they demand, or how unintentionally horrifying that overweight senior citizen looks in a sexy witch outfit. This is an extremely stressful way to do business, and may result in the costumer deciding to quit.

Expectations can hurt because they can set us up for disappointment when reality doesn't align with what we anticipated. They can also create unnecessary pressure and stress if not managed properly. It's important to strike a balance between setting realistic expectations and being open to different outcomes.
