When you miss someone special is it weird to get an empty feeling inside and why would you feel like that and is there anyway to make yourself feel better?

No, it's normal to feel empty when you miss someone that special to you. You get it because this person was so special to you and you don't see them anymore and pretty much a peice of you is missing. To help you feel better? Chocolate's pretty awesome. Or just find a way to see this person again. Text them. Call them. Something.
Unless they died. That's a differant story. If this is the case I don't know what to tell you. Try to see other people. Hope this helps at all...
