if you have your iphone connected to the internet then technically yes however you are not actually using any internet if the application does not require the internet. for example, games like angry birds do not use the internet unless you want to add your high score to the online leader board which would use almost no internet anyway. other things like shazam, the facebook app or any almost any game that has 'live' on the end does require internet. I hope this helps :)
A iphone is a droid it has the same internet email apps and more.
Depends upon usage and how many applications are open at the same time. The greater the use the less time it remains charged.
there is no point cos the devices are basically the same apart from that the iphone has more applications than the ipod
Most of the time internet web browsers are used to view or open a website. There are some other mobile and web software applications helpful for the same. Some of them are iTunes, Frostwire etc
No. You can download the FindFriend which may be compatible with Android and iOS. If you desire to track the non-iPhone, you should make sure that the non-iPhone and you open this app at the same time.
You are probably using the calculator in the dashboard which will not stay open. Locate the one in your applications folder--it will stay open as you work with other applications.
The iPhone 3G is capable of accessing a 3G network. Some of the older iPhones and the new iPhone 4 can not access a 3G network, however. There are many droid that have the same applications as the iPhone but that will hook up to the 3G network.
No, if you get an iPhone, you either connect with wi-fi or you use data. Both are Internet. Data you pay for monthly with the phone, wi-fi is like free Internet. If you don't want to pay for the monthly charges that comes with getting an iPhone, definitu look into getting an iPod Touch. An iPod Touch is basically the same as an iPhone, minus the phone and the monthly charges...
The HTC Thunderbolt will allow you to talk and surf the internet at the same time. Also the Iphone includes features that will allow you to surf the internet mid-call.
Depends. If you have iOS 4 or later, you will have multitasking, like on your computer, you can have multiple windows or applications open at the same time. Well, same thing on your iPod or iPhone. (or iPad). The apps can run backround processes. These processes may use data.
No. Applications uses memory just like music does.
Some can be used on both devices, but some applications are for only the ipad and some are only for the iphone.
