If you use to be able hold the right mouse button to move things around in your inventory in minecraft, you may have a problem with key binds. Your key binds may have been reset, and you should be able to go into your key bind settings in the game and program the mouse button again.
Your touchscreen option is enabled. Disable it, and it will work wonders. You might need to restart your minecraft.
