When you pull back your foreskin the glans do not come out does this mean you have to much foreskin?

If you put your hands over the foreskin and pull it backwards your glans should become exposed. If you cant then your foreskin needs to be gently encouraged to stretch enough to roll back over the glans , thus exposing them. this can take a few days.
