No matter how many potatoes you bake - set the oven at 350 degrees and bake them for one hour. Larger potatoes may take longer. Always prick, pierce or cut a potato before baking as they can explode and make a mess of the oven, if the skin is unbroken and the steam cannot escape.

Pork prepared in a Convection is best done by "Dry Roasting". First if the size allows you to, with the flat side on a cutting board. Cut the pork loin 3/4r's of the way through. Fold the button on top of the top, flat sides together and tie the pork loin halves together. Next in a hot pan with a small amount of olive oil in it. Sear the pork loin on all sides. Then transfer the pork loin to a 325 degree oven for 2.5 0- 3 hours for a 5-6# pork loin. roughly 30-40 minutes per pound or an internal temp of 170 degrees.
Depends on the cut. There are many cuts of beef roast and they all have different cooking times. Tougher cuts require longer cooking times at lower temperatures, tender cuts like prime rib are generally cooked at higher temperatures for shorter times and then "rested" (turn the oven off, leaving the door closed) and then turn the oven back up about 30-40 minutes before you serve it. Tougher cuts like chuck, butt, etc. will probably need to be roasted for 8 hours or more.
Thin cut pork chops should be baked at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees to ensure meat is fully cooked.
It depends on what you want to cook with Bratwurst. If it is Bratwurst Casserole, you would need two pounds of bratwurst, three potatoes cut into quarter, an onion, a small can cream of mushroom soup, ½ can water and ½ can milk. Start by slicing the sausages into several portions and frying the sausages. Next remove the oil. Now, pour ½ teaspoon of vegetable oil in a casserole and place the potatoes, onions and sausages. Next, pour some milk, water and cream of mushroom soup in the casserole. Also you can season with pepper and salt. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It normally takes one and a half hour to get cooked.
I wouldn't recommend cooking both at the same time. I would cook your ham first, and then your turkey. That being said it can also depend on how big your oven is. If you have a commerical size oven then go ahead. The thing is that you need to make sure that both your turkey and ham reach a internal temperature over 180 degrees. This will ensure that all the bacteria is cooked out. I would cook at 375 if I had a big enough and spacious oven to do so.
it doesnt sound orthodox but cut the tach wires to the dash, it worked on my 94 with a 350.
