No, they will keep their shape.
Ok, so if you were to pluck your eyebrows in the same style all the time, keeping the same shape, the hair follicles that your continually ripping out will stop growing. So in theory, if you continue to pluck your eyebrows, you won't have to in a few years
your boobs may start to sag and then when your alot older they will be really saggy
you can at any age, ok maybe not when you are a baby but if you do it'll make your eyebrows all weird (exept if you have abnormal eyebrows that are thick as coarse fur and your doctor or someone told you to) so don't do it! (unless you've got some gray hairs) ---- The previous answer is stupid. Almost every woman plucks her eyebrows. Some don't need to a whole lot. Some need to a LOT. you start when you feel like you need to. That can be anywhere from 12 to 16 give or take. Google how to pluck your eyebrows for tips.
Hey! Hope this helps! 1. To numb the eyebrows so the plucking wouldn't hurt just rub ice on the eyebrows and start plucking quickly. Get them to the right shape you want them to be. Then your done. (inspired by Michelle Phan, please look her up on YouTube MichellePhan. She does tutorials and helpful things! :)
It will not grow back thicker, but will be more noticeable because when you pluck all your hair follicles from an area at once, when they grow back, they will all be the same lenght and that will make them look as if you had new thicker hair. If you start plucking your hair you will have to continue plucking it continually. NOTE: never ever shave the hair of the area you want to remove hair from. That will make the hairs look even fuller and in greater numbers.
prison...the prison gangs used to wear their pants low
No, after 4-5 years they will start falling down until will became saggy for the deflation.
Look at celebrities for inspiration. Use a white eyeliner to colour over any hairs that you think you might pluck to get an idea of what it would look like. NEVER use a razor. Follow the natural shape of your eyebrow and start by just plucking out stray hairs above and below the eyebrow. Some cosmetics companies, which I think include Benifit, make 'eyebrow stencils' which are useful for the first few times. Alternatively, get them done professionally and follow the shape that they put in.
Well i would say around teenager years and whenever you feel like you really know how to pluck them. I made a massive mistake of plucking them down to a line and my mum obviously realised so she told me that i should only do it when i knew what to do.
