welp in my view welp in my experience i do starve myslf sumtins but thn to me it wont work becuz my minds play tricks on me to function my body n brains wanting to eata gin liek for in case a dessert ill look at it n evry1 knows it loook good as much as it also tastes soofc your mind will play trick on u wanting to eat anithing u see n starvation gone!
