Just cut out high carbs in your diet like rice and bread and stuff. Don't eat fruit because even though it doesn't make most people gain weigth, it made my sister gain 4 pounds by eating a lot of fruit. But you can eat avocados! you could eat them all day and it wouldn't matter because it has no carb! YOu can have tomatos sometimes but not too much and you can have veggies! If you are a vegetarian I would not recomend this diet to you!
