Check the dimmer rheostat may be opened or may be turned to "dim" position
Look for the reset knob for the trip meter. if you rotate it left or right will raise of lower your dashboard lites
Replace the flasher relay.
The illumination of the dash during the daytime is at full brightness, normal. When the head lamps and such are turned on the brightness of the dash illumination is overridden by the dimmer. Turn the dimmer up. Usually rotation of the headlight knob will do the trick. Now if you have an electronic dimmer then it may have failed and will require replacement. Obviously the illumination works so the issue is the night time configuration of the lighting through the dimmer.
Because the car is equipped with daytime running lights
