the puddle in the hood ( engine compartment ) is the result of the sudden activation of your aircon compressor. there will be a little jerk coz the magnetic clutch of compressor will suddenly be attached to the pulley that will activate the compressor mechanism. If you are talking about the puddle under the dust board of the car it is the vibration of the blower wheel of the aircon evaporator system that will supply the cold air inside the car.

there is a little rubber knob thing that spins its under the hood behind the light ,turn in pushes the lights down.
Yes. My car just bogged out on me and turned off tried to turn it on and wouldn't start, lifted the hood and coolant was dripping ad a big puddle under my car. It may be cracked radiator or hoses.
It is above your left leg under the fuse access. It is about 1 inch square by almost 2 inches tall. It is a combination unit for turn and emergency flashers It is the larger than the other little black boxes you find under there. It is not under the hood.
under hood on driver side
the fuses are located under steering column there are two slotted screws that you turn 1/2 turn and the panel will come down and the fuse panel is on the left side. There is also another fuse box under the hood on the right, a little behind the battery.

Check the power steering fluid level under the hood.
Check fuses under hood and under your dash. If you have lost all electrical check the main fuse in the box under the hood. IF that is blown you lose everything in the fuse box. Check fuses under hood and under your dash. If you have lost all electrical check the main fuse in the box under the hood. IF that is blown you lose everything in the fuse box.
The turn signal relays are in the engine fuseblock in the engine compartment under the hood. Diagram is on the lid of the fuseblock
